No support page on MPH, and no response in their original ANN thread where I asked some questions about the auto exchange

Also I was mining ZEC/ZCL to auto exchange for an alt but I came to consider that this other alt has low activity on their pool and the auto exchange would take ages, enough time for the exchange rate to shift against my favor. I disabled auto exchange but most of my coin balance is as "in exchange" right now. I'd like to contact a request to just pull it back to me now.

It's a really cool feature to have but I get the feeling that it is not ready for any coin on the list yet until MPH gets bigger
