Reddcoin (RDD) What's up?

So, I see my Bittrex homepage and it shows RDD (Reddcoin) with 101% up today.
Do anyone knows about this coin much? I mean, any news for this?
I can't find anything on Google or twitter.
Why it is so up? Just because it is in #1 page of bittrex?
