if you are to start trading on altcoins, what sort of consideration should check before buying?

Should you chose Ripple because of their high volume per day yet the price is just cents and the total supply is 33 trillion or should I chose go to trade with low supply like Monero because the price is more than $10?

What are the things you consider before buying a coin, its Market Cap, Price, Available Supply and volume?

I look mainly at 4 points:

Fundamentals: Is the coin offering something new or worth anyone's time? Is the coin another total shitcoin?

Supply: Is this coin a coin with billions of total coins with massive inflation? Or is a scarce asset?

Developers: Are they nobodies or someone you can trust?

Marketing: Maybe it's a shitcoin like Dogecoin or Trump, but those can pump as we have seen.

Actually I never look at the famouscity of the altcoin . I usually see at the price of the altcoin , which should be above of 100 satoshi , And also see the history of buy sell .
And then at that instant of time , if altcoin is best and suitable according to my recruitment , I made buy of amount at least of 0.005 btc ( with order of buy ) and next day again placed at sell in advance at 10% increment of rates .
This idea of trading is well suited for me .
