Also having some problems of late with Etherdelta, last week i managed to get by with 8Gwei, but from the weekend on, i had to increase and most transactions fail or get rejected, so i'm going to wait and see, for things to get better.
I thought because of the rising Eth price, the transactions have risen, hence traffic etc.

tried several times with different GAS prices. but all tx failed. dont know why. So sad about Ether delta.  hope to stay away form ED.  Embarrassed Undecided

Try to increase your gas to 80 - 100, I think you used only between 30 - 60 gas. Try to add some. And you will see the result. I know you know that miners will prioritize the higher gas one.

Isn't 80 to 100 Gwei for gas a little excessive? EthGasStation recommends 26 Gwei. 30 to 60 should be enough at this time. As others have said, it's best to check the site before sending a transaction and add a little extra gas to be sure.

Of course you can still get your eth and you can still recover because it does not even enter or work
Just keep updating to retrieve your eth.
allow to swap ETH and BTC through third party services. You can convert your BTC and send the ETH to an arbitrary recipient. From the description and Tx Hash provided it send the resulting ETH to the ICO Sale directly, and it failed because out of gas. Event if it didn't failed it will be impossible to access said tokens because the sender address if from the third party service

I think of the failed eth transactions your funds will be refunded. because of my experience the funds must be returned because the funds do not go into the destination wallet and it is still ours. so no need to worry and very safe to use.

You should be able to get the refund because it didn't work. But if you didn't get any refunds you should probably leave ether delta.

Yes you can. The ETH is automatically sent back to your account, though some ETH may be used to cover gas fees. Other than that, your ETH will be back in your account in no time.

Can i get refund from failed ETH transactions?

Alas, I was also outraged, why the transaction did not go, and the gas was written off, as it is possible, it is the same as showing the child a candy and then immediately eating himself

No, you can't... You lost the gas price. I think everyone who used ETH did have this problem.

I think your tokens do not go anywhere they will stay in your wallet but gas fee is gone, you are not received any refund of gas. Because it is spent.
