Hello,

Bitcoin and altcoin developers have implemented several good tools for rendering a linear bootstrap.dat.

A while ago, it became difficult for me to provide myself with a bootstrap.dat for any altcoin but scrypt based blockchains, where there are plenty of examples which have the ltc_scrypt python module used to validate the hashes.

Why are there no readily available x15 PoS implementations providing a proper linear bootstrap.dat?

There seem to be those willing to offer a snapshot of the blockchain for x15 PoS alts but this is not ideal when checkpointing and making a release.

Kindly show me the light and reveal to me which modules and modifications should be made to the canonical linear bootstrap.dat rendering tools so a proper bootstrap.dat may be released for an alt when checkpointing and making a new release.

Best Regards,
-Chicago
