Ive made the following 2 transactions

And they have been unconfirmed for a long time now, and the feed is above the standard in my wallet? Why does they hang like this?

There is no standard fee or fee rate. The fee rate which allows your transaction to confirm quickly constantly changes based upon the state of the network. The current fastest fee rate is 120 satoshis/byte according to http://bitcoinfees.21.co/. Your transactions only pay a fee rate of 40-50 satoshis/byte so they will take a longer time to confirm.
