Is bitpay only available for business, if so then i don't wanna sign up, and second what are there payment methods for canadian customers

As mentioned on their pricing page , you should be able to use their services just fine and you don't need a business. If you want to start accepting bitcoin in your website you can start right now but If you choose the STARTER plan you will have some limits. For payment methods , I recommend checking their Banking & Settlement Documentation , It contains all the details.

No , It actually doesn't work like that. A user can only pay using bitcoins and nothing else , It's then up to you If you want to transform those bitcoins into your bank account and I guess this is what most of the major companies such as Steam are doing at the moment.
