Bitcoin system is big enough (bigger than some countries) and it deserves to have his Ambassadors.
I want to initiate a Blockchain based Ministry of foreign affairs of Bitcoin system? Any comment on this?

To be honest I did not understand anything of your post. Can you decipher what you wanted to ask and more details to describe. As far as I understand, the Ministry is in the state. What's bitcoin?
