I know that you've sent me this case with copy-pasted private messages, and I'm sorry it took this long. I'm very busy with personal projects. Could you please take a screenshot of these messages + proof where you've sent him the Bitcoin? Reviewing copy-pasted private messages is really hard.
He is trying to insist that I put a shoe on the top of my head and take a picture to do so.

I beg to differ with the things you ask at times, I think it was called for in retaliation to his earlier antics, the dude was calling it karma on me when in fact he instigated the personal attack on myself, what gives him the right just like how you say what gives me the right to withold the BTC Pending sent to an address by mistake.... ? Do not Link FIAT to the equation as Bitcoin isn't Offically classified as a currency but something completely different that gives you the option to something of the sorts along with many other things
Okay the screenshots clearly shows the user in question knowing that you have wrongly sent them Bitcoin, and for some apparent reason they either:
1) Think it's okay to keep it, i.e. it isn't stealing.
2) He is trying to harass you for some unknown reason and says he won't keep it after all?
I have temporarily given them a neutral rating and have sent them a PM asking them to resolve this.

Every single reply to him was me being a smart ass back to him to show him how it feels, I told him "I do not intend to keep nor want your Bitcoin" & was rialing him up since he deserved it, it isn't a one way street !
Then I asked myself what do shorena and others ask to verify the integrity and user of the so called Bitcointalk Account & Bitcoin Address, he then goes on saying he doesn't have to yet claims he has proof... I asked for a signed message after I had enough but he never got the hint, if he has proof why doesn't he send it...
I am just being thorough but it would have been a bonus if he did take a picture of a shoe on his head
Upon going through his post history everything didn't quite add up with the story he was spilling to me + telling me he was struggling to live & had a flip phone, etc yet runs an Online Casino.... that is why I was pushing this.
If he can be an arsehole to me why can't I be one back temporarily ? As you Know I am Belligerent & a Fool as intended
Karma really is a bitch like he informed me, don't go attacking people who are trying to let others know to stay away from another Pump & Dump scam with a Developer who buys WalletBuilders Coins & can't code and has a go at me and others on one of the Threads then PM's me having a go at me then pleading for me to help him in his mistake..... WarCoin... How fucking ironic don't you think.
