BTC Billionaire??   There will only be 21million BTC at the end.  How can u be a BTC Billionaire?

If someone was called 'railroad billionaire' would you think they owned a  billion trains?

No, but we would think they had near a billion dollars worth of assets.

Two options:

1. Those are the central banks probing how weak is the bitcoin network (and it's pretty weak, can make it crash with less than a 100k)

2. He was sending the payments to himself
Gave them out seemingly at random.
Whatever the case they really got some attention.

It seems he really didn't care who was getting them. It was not at all like "Your comment was informative and I enjoyed it, here have this as a reward". Some of the comments just said "Thanks" or "lol" and they got $100.

Some article I read earlier was claiming they were giving them away as a stress test on Gox.
That they were responsible for huge numbers signing up and causing the lag.

Pretty sure btcbillionaire said that wasn't the case at all, the article had no proof of anything and just made random speculation.
