If you have 1000 icobid coins that worth 0.007 btc, why not go sell those? Its because they dont worth that much. Are you also telling me you cannot go do stuff to make 0.007btc, which can be done in like a week or two then boom, you have your ~$7 USD. Possibly in a day or two if youre that type of person...

Mate .. I am buying some bitcoins tomorrow and hence 0.01 is not a big issue

I don't think you'll get this loan OP. ICBs are worthless right now in any exchange it was listed in and would not be a good collateral to cover for the 7mbtc you are looking for. Maybe you should just wait on that day you are telling us about when you can already buy some bitcoins for yourself. Don't hastily get a loan if you don't really need it.
