PPLNS on BTC Guild

I am trying to mine on BTC guild with PPLNS. I have selected it next to my workers name, however, my PPS balance still goes up yet my PPLNS balance remains 0. Is there a way of fixing this, if not, is there a better PPLNS pool?

PPLNS on BTC Guild is only for Stratum based mining.  If your PPS is going up, it means you're pointed at the getwork pools.  stratum.btcguild.com:3333 and eu-stratum.btcguild.com:3333 are the recommended servers, since getwork support will be removed within 1-2 months.
