rai wallet problem

i have installed rai wallet on my laptop 64 bit. but it says there is a file missing in my installation. and the software   dont work after this message. what should i do. help me plz!!

What is RIA?  I haven't heard of that wallet yet.  Where did you get it from?

He means this wallet https://raiblockscommunity.net/ where you can solve some captchas to get MRAI coins as far as I know. That wallet has a lot of bugs and problems but I don't know it in depth.
