From Neteller/skrill to BTC

Hi,

I live in morocco and Neteller/skrill does not provide prepaid debit card anymore to my country.
I get paid regularly on neteller/skrill. So i have funds on these e-wallet but cannot withdraw them (cannot use their prepaid card anymore because my country is out of SEPA).
I don't want to do transfer bank either (too much fees).
So i tought about Bitcoins.
I want to buy bitcoins with Neteller/skrill and deposit on BTC e-wallet who provide a prepaid card in morocco.

But i cannot find an e-wallet who accept to deposit funds with skrill/Neteller.. there is spectrocoin, even they propose skrill like a deposit method they didn't allow me to deposit with this method.

Any solution ?

Spectrocoin is something to stay away from at the moment because they are having some scam accusations against them lately. I don't know any other services but you could definitely buy bitcoins from other individuals on the currency exchange section otherwise there is virwox that allow you to buy bitcoin using Skrill but the fees are high.

The thing is i plan to withdraw my funds very frequently. So i don't want to buy bitcoin each time from a different person (it takes times and fees etc..)

So i search a wallet where i can buy bit coin instantly with Skrill/neteller and use their prepaid debit card to withdraw funds.

Do you have a localbitcoins account with history? If so possible that way, else try paxful and be prepared to pay large fees and only do small amounts. Build up some trust and it will get better though.

Its impossible to trade directly to your bitcoin address , instead you will trade for BTC-E codes and you should redeem them. It's obligatory to pass the identity verification process before trading and the transaction should be made within 5 minutes unless Neteller put the transaction onhold until they finish their investigations.

i already talked to the live chat support they said i can't deposit with skrill i have to choose an other method without providing any explanation.

But they said this to me only after i verified the account with my personnal documents.

Before verifying, they said to me the exact opposit (that i can deposit with skrill, that's what encouraged me to send my personnal documents...)

Now i just hope my personnal document's that i sent are still confidential.

It's not very clear to me all this because i'm still new to this and didn't even purchased my first bitcoin.
But i plan to if it constitute al alternative method to withdraw my funds from neteller or skrill.

they don't allow my country. + they don't have a prepaid card i think.
