Hello, I want to buy an item from Marketplace:

Even if i would pay directly because there is no reason to trust a new member, how does Escrow get carried out here?

PM the seller if you're still stuck in newbie jail.  Escrow works however you want it to, the forum doesn't do it but there are people here who will hold coins.

I know Jonh K will do escrow (he's a global mod).  I'd be willing to do it as well, as long as the values aren't too high.  You will want to check with the seller to see how he wants to do escrow, make sure it seems legit.

I will contact you or him in case i find the suggested person by the seller for escrow strange.

The value will be BTC equivalent to $500USD and shipping costs to Canada
