Hello! Some co-workers and I are ready to satisfy the significant demand for altcoin developers in the forum.
However, I want to "cleanse" this demand to have what you really want when hiring an altcoin developer. This term "altcoin developer" isn't really clean for me and what you expect from them. I'm asking those who're employing or willing to hire altcoin developers from external group:
What tasks you would hire an altcoin developer to do (forking blockchain, developing your platform, managing custom mining software and similar)?
What technologies/skillset you think an altcoin developer should have?
