 I wanted to start a mining project to get some bitcoins but after reading up on it here i decided that buying is better so i am doing that instead. And since i would prefer to spend my usd neteller funds for that i am open to offers.

Willing to offer preev +10% up to 15% depending on the terms of the trade. For small trades 0-50$ i will go first if i think the seller is trustworthy. Bigger trades i'd like to use escrow.

Only way i'd pay 15% is for small trades confirming my trustworthiness and seller agreeing to give me a discount on the next bigger purchases.  Dont bother with +20% offers.

I can do this for you at 10% rate. 1 hour hold ( The time it takes me to go atm and withdrawel the neteller funds). Max 1000usd per day and escrow is welcome.  Pm me if interessed, we can use localbitcoins for escrow
