What is the point of having this kind of comparison? There will be no winner because both is gambling site and they have their own good and bad, so to compare something like this does not make sense
Each people has their own affection to the game, so whenever they like it they will play on it. They can even gamble on both sites?

I have to say, Bitdouble is still better as it is older and more trusted than Bitaroll. Bitaroll is just a copy of bitdouble with some addition of accepted coins. If we talk about trust level then I would put my trust on bitdouble more than bitaroll.
If bitdouble does not answer your support message, you can try to post it on their official thread or ask the mods if you have an issue. I'm sure they will answer it as soon as possible.
