Is that flamer still running his "TV show"?

Was it ever proven that he colluded with the mybitcoin.com owner to scam the entirety of the early bitcoin crowd?

He's still active on a bitcoin google group that I get email updates too. He's pretty happy about the recent price seeing as how he stole quite a few bitcoins. (Not that he'd admit to it).
