Im new and I wonder if my hash rate is good 190.1/185.0/130.9Mh/s, and also I get this on sg.stratum.slushpool.com:3333

Correct me if i'm wrong, but 130-190 Mh/s seems like you're trying to GPU mine?
I'm afraid to tell you that GPU mining is a thing of the past... If you own a GPU mining farm, i'd suggest browsing the altcoin mining subforum, and find a suitable altcoin to mine with your GPU, mining Bitcoin with a GPU will actually cost you money (in power costs).

Correct me if i'm wrong, but 130-190 Mh/s seems like you're trying to GPU mine?

I have been trying to mine some coins my self lately, and from what i have learned so far, it is hard. Also like you i have tried to mine with my GPU, i have tried to mine Bitcoin (forget about mining it) and it is too hard, almost impossible. Only solution that is left is to mine some altcoin with low difficulty. Also speed of mining depends on which algorithm you are using. Invest some time in learning before you start mining something, that is my advice.

- what kind of algorithm? Please elaborate, do you mean the specs of my infrastructure?
