Trusted Currency Exchange Shops

Hello,
does anybody have a list with trusted shops where I can buy and sell BTC with euro and SEPA. Without scam of course.
How can I recognize who is scammer and who is honest?
I dont want to trade on marketplaces, because I need to sell a certain amount and dont want to wait long time.

It's easy to spot a scam on exchanges honestly unless they are running a scam for long term like Mt.gox did, usually the trading volume should be a good way to know If you should continue or stop trading on that website.
I suggest using Bitstamp or Kraken as they are both well known and running for years now, uploading your ID and personal documents is a must though.

To avoid scams don't try new exchanges, use only the ones that have been working for years. And don't use google to find the website (you could find a similar website name trying to scam).
