BTC stuck at slush's pool

Greetings, newbie here on the forum.

I mined some BTC a while back but I'm unable to retrieve them on slush's pool (https://mining.bitcoin.cz/). Can't change the payout address even after disabling two-factor authentication.

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with their admins? I submitted a support ticket at http://support.bitcoin.cz/ two weeks ago and have had no response.
