I never listen to the dudes that say HODL and i always miss profits by selling at the wrong time.
I sold 2 bitcoins 2 years ago, when the price was $300 and i still regret about that.

Nice, i remember i got some $80 mtgox coin but mtgox had a big chunk in the end so my average buy in was wayyy higher.  Even have some bought @ $900.

This situations is very common on most bitcoin holders on which they sold some or all of its bitcoin since we dont really know on when it will rise or drop.For those people who hold until now i do really amaze on them that they could able to hold for a very long time no matter what.

am i the only one who thinks what you said doesn't make sense?
you say i never listen to people saying HODL as in you lost money because of hodling then you say you sold. these things don't go together. you need to get your story straight

anyways, if you are trading bitcoin short term then don't listen to this topic or any other just sell high and buy back low. but if you are not a trader then HODL is the best suggestion you can ever get.

Even if ETF will be approved or rejected I wouldn't have to even worry about it. I will just take the path where I will have least regrets. I will sell some portion of the bitcoins I have. When ETF is approved, Ill gladly sell all what I have left if it pumped really hard. If it ain't approved I will just hold it then and wait for another big price to come to sell bitcoin again. That's what I will do when ETF is approved or rejected.

If there will be any pump this week and if etf gets rejected we'll see more than $200 drop, the price will eventually recover and go much higher. if etf gets approved we'll go $1500+.

Me too. Anybody selling now thinking that there will be a dump as a result of an ETF rejection is stupid. Imagine if it gets approved & the price doubles in a week.

Just HODL regardless, now is not the time to sell.

Is hodling a trading strategy? I think that is just going idle but still have some opportunity to profit.

My trading strategy is to sell half a day before the etf approval. If it get disapproved, I will buy on the dip. If it gets approved, I still have half of my bitcoin when it surges.
