It was my mistake that I had no prior knowledge what a NEFT UTR no. is and entered the wrong ref id.

I tried with my friend smartphone to call the customer care and after 4-5 attempts I succeeded and got clarifications as what to do and find the correct no. in my Online bank site.

I did exactly I told and got my deposit in Unocoin account after 3-4 hrs.

I apologize for my mistake.
