So I have a vision for a solid coin. I talked to a few people and they all agree.   I know having a creditable team is huge,  so where does one go to look for this at?  I mean, just because your good at one area you need to find people who are good in others to make it all work.

Just trying to get some ideas as to where to look.

If you have good idea about new coin than you have to first look at people near you who can be part of your dev team if not than only go through freelancing sites like freelancer, upwork etc and discuss about your idea with them.

You may face different kinds of problems when working with your team who are located in another part of the world, so i suggest you to find some guys with great talent near by you and get into work.

Hope you are not just trying to clone existing cryptos because there are already many clones that are just developed to scam people through ICO and Premine.

I can  promise small amount of coins ( under 5000 ) before the coin is created correct for people who offer to help?  Is this a normal practice. Total coins will be 10mm area

In order for a coin to succeed it would need a large and solid team.

You should read this, it is exactly relevant to your case:

README - For non-programmers with great ideas

Once every month or so, some unsuspecting person comes into the forums to find a programmer. Sometimes they are willing to pay up front, sometimes it's "you implement my idea and I'll sell it and we'll split the take". Sometimes they don't want to pay at all...

You can't build a solid team without having a solid CTO. You yourself are not capable of being the CTO, as evident by your question. A CTO must be technically competent and lead by example.

So focus on finding a CTO and be aware that you are going to be giving him a significant percentage of the project, else you won't have a capable CTO.

Just trying to get some ideas as to where to look.

The good news is there are a lot of competent tech people in the crypto community. However, the challenge is first finding someone that's a good fit for your project, and then convincing them to get involved.

Competent tech people could get a job at Google or similar making over $250K per year. If they're not already there making that kind of money you have to ask yourself why not. Often it's because they'd rather work on their own projects, things that interest them. The crypto space has attracted a lot of tech people, because it's certainly interesting and there is money to be made. You can hang around forums like this. You can try to contact developers listed on open-source cryptocurrency project credits.

You have to look at what you're bringing to the table too, though. Good developers get exposed to a lot of ideas. What's usually more impressive are tangible items, like money paid up front (not just future promises of a return) or investor commitment, something already established, like a business entity and customer pre-orders. Often people fall into the trap of thinking their idea alone is worth millions. The problem is thousands of people all think the same thing.

it seems in terms of building a solid team to make a project that's not a very easy thing to be successful, it must be a struggle within each other to be better, but it does not just end there, you have to create a strategy and a very good concept with team, if it is ready for everything I am sure the coins that you have created will be better and success for the future and no one will say a coin bins on everyone, especially for the market.

TALK is focused on this.  Building a none centralized team of validated players.  Loose-knit at the start.

I am not CTO material, but in this case, TALK is not seeking to build a singular sophisticated network, rather just network Wink
