It is not possible to create a chargeback if one of the involved person in a transaction can prove it was given as a loan.

Collateral is a must.

Also, you did try scamming $100+ in BTC quite a few months ago.

Are you sure about that? On the reddit /r/borrowing subreddit, the lenders usually chargeback successfully for PayPal loans.
