Error Http Notifications Are Currently Disabled - blockchain.info developer API

Hello,

Anyone also getting a 'Error Http Notifications Are Currently Disabled' when using blockchain.info's API for receiving bitcoin payments?
I'm currently using WooCommerce for Wordpress, but it seems other systems are affected as well.

When looking at the API page on blockchain.info and using the sample buttons / code I get the same error:
http://blockchain.info/api/api_receive

Any suggestions?

I get an " Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden" error message when trying to order a Bitpak.  ( My computer is not run through a proxy.)

Blockchains 'Receive Payments' API seems to work again.
