Hashflare.io purchased Hashrate get cancelled.......Help

Dear Members,

I have purchased 500GH/s SHA-256 on 24.02.2017 via LPB transfer(Mastercard) and also verified it but it says allow 120 minutes for confirmation.
i waited but nothing happened. Now my order gets cancelled. In my Card transaction it was successfully debited my money.

I emailed several times to the hashflare support team but Not a Single feedback at all.

what i will I do?

The only official representative of hashflare in this forum is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=514754 this guy but he haven't came online since November so the only way to contact them is via ticket so wait for them to reply your ticket.

i send them email and i get reply within 24 hours only for tect issue other thing delayed because the all are on tour for some conference as i got reply
