minimum withdrawal how much?

Right now we're running a promotion where the minimum to withdrawal is 2,000 satoshi.  To be perfectly honest that promotion will likely continue to run while we continue adding new ways to earn over the next few months.  However in reviewing some of the partnerships we've been pursuing and how their payment terms work, I'm not 100% certain that that promotion will be able to run indefinitely while keeping the site remains sustainable if those partnerships go through.  Whenever the time does come for that promotion to end I'll be as transparent as I possibly can about the reasoning behind the changes.  However for now and in the immediate future we'll be sticking at 2,000 satoshi.

Once you click the "Open" button, the faucet that is currently displayed in the rotator should open in a new tab/window (if you're browser blocks popups by default, you're going to have to allow them).  Once the faucet is opened, you would just claim for that faucet like you would any other faucet that pays out to Faucet Hub - e.g. Enter your Faucet Hub wallet address, go through whatever their process is to claim in terms of anti-bot links, captchas, shortlinks, etc.  Once you've finished claiming for that faucet, close out the window/tab the faucet opened in, go back to the rotator, and click the "Next" button to open the next faucet.

We keep track of the faucets that you claim from each day, and the following day you're automatically awarded a satoshi bonus based on the number/time/etc you spent claiming from faucets (there's a whole complicated formula for this).

If you're not familiar with faucets and haven't really claimed from them before, this article from our knowledgebase goes into a little more depth and could be a helpful overview -> https://bitmerl.in/support/knowledge-base/how-do-i-start-claiming-from-faucets/

I hope I cleared up any confusion/answered your question Smiley

Hmmm... I'm not sure where that would be coming from.  I try to be more descriptive/user-friendly in the odd cases where I come across an input error, but I may have missed something.

If you're getting the error message on bitMerlin and want to send me a screenshot of what you're seeing to support@bitmerl.in I'll gladly take a look.

If you're getting it from another faucet that we're linked to in the rotator, it could be a problem on the faucet's end.  If you give me the name of the faucet (should be visible right in our rotator) or the URL I can try it on my end and at least figure out if the issue is on the faucet's end or not.

It looks like the error you're getting is coming from the faucet itself, and not our website.

Unfortunately I don't think there's going to be a whole lot I can do to help on my end since we don't control the faucet itself and are only linking to it.  I just tried claiming from that particular faucet (and several others that it looks like you may have had some trouble on) and had no issue myself, and based on what I've seen in the Faucethub API library, that "Unknown Error" is basically a catch-all for when the Faucet Hub API sends an irregular error back to the faucet.

Since it seems as though you're having this issue on multiple different and unrelated faucets, odds are the problem isn't with this particular faucet and rather with something in the Faucet Hub API.  It could be that it was experiencing some sort of issue at the time your were attempting to claim, it could be some sort of bug that you're particular wallet address is setting off, or it could be something completely different (since we didn't make the API call I'm just blindly guessing).

The only other thing I can think of is if you're using our auto-copy function to paste in your wallet address as you visit each of these faucets to paste in your wallet address in.  There could be something interfering with that functionality, and as a result when you're trying to claim it's actually trying to do so to a bad/malformed address.  I would think if this was the case you'd get a different error message, but if you'd like to test that theory you could go to the faucet directly at http://www.ref-hunters.ch/btcfaucet/ then type in your wallet address and see if the error persists.  If it does, then I don't think it's anything with the auto-copy feature on bitMerlin.

My best advice - if this is an issue you run into when going directly to that and other faucets - would be to open a support ticket with Faucet Hub at https://faucethub.io/help.  I would guess they could look into their API logs and determine what's triggering that error from their API for your wallet address in particular.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, but hopefully this can help you find an answer and helps you claim from more faucets - whether it be through our rotator or not I'd love to see you find a resolution  Grin

Hello.

I've registered some time ago, my username is the same as here: kawalkasy.

And now to complain a little: today i'm experiencing some troubles with Merlin's Gauntlet: earlier Linkrex showed 522 error - it couldn't connect with server, lasted a bit, now onlinebee.in can't find resources assigned to shorten url:

Not Found

Error: The requested address '/V872en' was not found on this server.
,

also lasts a while. I'm already more than an hour behind with claiming from Gauntlet. I'd be glad if you do sth with it as i used some faucets recently and onlinebee.in worked with them just fine.

Thanks.

PS. Also hope cassavachips won't have troubles with faucets anymore as it seems he just became my referral thru Elixir of Charm. ^^

First let me say thanks for being a member and promotional bonus has been awarded!

Sorry about the trouble with the gauntlet.  It seems Linkrex was having some connection issues this morning that seem to have resolved throughout the day.  But I hope you understand there are some things that are beyond our control Smiley

As for the onlinebee.in links - they should be working now.  I'm honestly not sure what the problem was with that but after tinkering with it a little on this end it seems to be working now.

Ok, so a while ago i spend 400 gold on Questing Balm to:
Quote
Improve your chances of winning big in Merlin's Gauntlet by eliminating the lowest paying door.
, then i went to Merlin's Gauntlet to try it out.

I still had 3 doors to choose from, despite refreshing the page few times, anyway it looks like randomisation takes place later as no matter which door i use they all lead to the same web address ".../door".

Did captchas, watched ads, got primary reward, did bonus round and ... hmm. In primary i got 5 satoshis & 6 gold in bonus 4 satoshis & 2 gold, Questing Balm is gone from Lab so allegedly it worked, but how?

Amount of sat & gold receieved with use of QB does not differ from minimal amounts that i was getting without it. I wasn't expecting heaps of sats & gold but what i got was in a range of minimal without QB, sth more than minimal without QB seems to be ~12-15 sats & ~9-12 gold in primary and ~6-8 sats & ~4-5 gold in bonus and higher winnings? Haven't won more than that so i can't tell but if it doubles (as it seems to) it's really not worth spending 400 gold on QB which works only 1 time if there's only 3 lvls of winnings. And as we have no info of possible winnings and number of lvls it's hard to even speculate but my question is: Does it work as intedned?

On Gauntlet page there was no info like: "You have QB so your next try will be more fruitful" or "You used QB and increased your chances of winning big" etc., and i couldn't see that indeed i won slightly more than before or at least that i didn't won minimal prize. QB just disappeared from Lab (yeah i checked before, it was there alright) and that's it.

Thanks for the feedback.  As the sole developer on the site often times you take for granted that some things "just make sense" when in fact they don't because you spend so much time buried in the code and logistics of things it becomes like second nature to you.

It was working as intended, but because of some tweaks that were made across different aspects along the way it doesn't seem to have been working all that effectively. That being said, I've made a few changes this morning to the gauntlet that should help clear things up a bit.

  • The gauntlet now displays the range of satoshi that can be won with each claim.  The range itself can fluctuate a little bit due to the current value of bitcoin, but it should give you a better idea of the overall range of what you can earn per claim.  I'm not going to go into detail on that page about the different levels and ranges that can occur with each claim because I don't want to overcomplicate it too much, but basically speaking there are two levels of ranges you can get, a high and a low, with a 1/3 shot of randomly getting a reward from the higher range versus the lower range.
  • When you have a Questing Balm in your inventory you'll now see it more clearly.  Two doors will clearly be eliminated and a message about the questing balm will be displayed on the screen directly below the doors.
  • I've changed how the questing balm works to make it more worthwhile.  Instead of increasing your chances of getting into the high-range as it did before, questing balms not automatically guarantee the highest amount of satoshi/gold when you claim from the gauntlet. So if the highest amount of satoshi awarded in the upper range is 12 satoshi (what it currently is right now) and you have a questing balm, that is what you'll get.

Here's a screenshot of the new changes:

Completely agree.  We've been working to try and find a balance of what works best to keep the site sustainable and still rewarding for everyone, and to give us a better idea how we can implement some of the future features we have planned.

Unfortunately the popups are a necessary evil for the time being, but in response to your feedback I've reduced it down to only 4 popups throughout the site - when you complete all four daily bounty quests, when you run Merlin's Gauntlet, when you open the bonus chest on Merlin's Gauntlet, and when you claim your satoshi from games played at Merlin's Faire.  I'll watch it for a few days and see how it fairs with those revisions and hopefully we can keep it reduced to just the 4 popups, if not reduce them a little more.

Thanks for the feedback!

That's a pity to see the project closed as it started to get shape. Hope you're gonna start sth simmilar soon, 'cos it was way cooler than those standard boring faucets. But one more question: how long should i wait for payment of accumulated sats? I had slighlty more than 2,7k and FaucetHub bitcoin address given in addresses section.
