I have paid someone 0.823BTC (~$1000) via the blockchain app for iPhone nearly 24 hours ago but they have not received it. The transaction ID is:
https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin/tx/05eb2f40990d56007fd21c578f722fc6cae4ea057715702140502393ab408f46

But this has received zero confirmations. The seller has suggested that this might have something to do with the 0.0578BTC output. Any suggestions?

The transaction now has 6 confirmations.
