Downloading .exe files from a forum is a fast way to have all your BTC stolen.
Sure, if you have no idea how to secure your wallet. In that case, it will probably be stolen anyway, by some exe you download from wherever it is you prefer to download your exes. Or by a virus that will get on your system, because you lack basic IT skills.
