stuck augur (rep)

hi i have 13.03 augur (rep) on my jaxx (electrum wallet) and i can't transfer it, it says i need to deposit eth on this adress 0x7A9f69B6B3410A107a716467FD9D07832AEf9D7f i investigated and people say i need to deposit like 0.02 eh to be able to move my rep, i don't have any other alt coin or bitcoin to deposit so maybe someone could help me move my rep by depositing 0.02 eth to the adress.
