DIME COIN sell problem - need advice

Hello, I'm new here.

I have at this moment a lot of DIME coin, and today I want to sell it.
But I have tried to sell to Exchange sites like cryptopia.co.nz and yobit.net, but not much people there to buy and sell.. (volume is almost 0)  What can I do to change DIME into LTC or BTC or...   what are you suggestions?

500006000 Dime yesterday = 300 dollars
today its 3500 dollars... but how to get money now? in USD, or in Bitcoin,...  Just want to sell it now it's so high

I have same problem wih LDOGE coin.
