Blockchain.info removes low fee transactions after some time if they think that the transaction will not confirm. The transaction is not rejected by your node, because Electrum is an SPV wallet, it's rejected by blockchain.info. They do not represent the entire blockchain, and your transaction shows up fine on other explorers like
Blocktrail. You paid a fee of 50 satoshis/byte, which is too low, especially for a lot of yesterday.
