I for the love of god cannot find where to change this.  Its set at 120 and i want it to be like 10 or 20 lol. Anyone got any tips?

To do the payout,
in cronjob.php
$ n.confirms > 119 ORDER BY s.blockNumber ASC");


You might want to change your stats, account transactions, and block pages as well, but that will just show different numbers. The meat is in the php script
