Question about BTC-E withdrawal

Hey, on btc-e here is a withdrawal section and I have no idea how to use it

I understand the Address, Amount to withdraw but I dont understand what the "You will receive part"? How can I be receiving anything if I am only sending out.

they fill that with the amount you are going to withdraw after their fees.

"You will receive" tells you how much funds you will actually be withdrawing after btc-e's fee.
