need help gpu error 4/6

Hi, I have installed windows 7 and I have put this driver
Non-WHQL-Win7-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-16.9.2
Now I have configured 1 to 1 and it works so the above problem is gone my problem is
That all I work if I use 1 in one then I turn off the pc add another and it works the 2 I do the same 3 I do the same 4 works but when I connect a fifth or sixth comes out with a triangle

MOTHERBOARD: z97 gaming 5
CPU: Intel Celeron G1840 2.8Ghz Box
RAM: G.Skill Aegis DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB CL11
GRAPHICS: Sapphire Radeon Nitro Plus RX 480 OC 8GB GDDR5
In the bios I have changed this:
Settings \ Advanced \ PCI Subsystem Settings
PEG0- Gen X [Gen2]
PEG1- Gen X [Gen2]
PEG2- Gen X [Gen2]
CPU PCI-E Land Configuration [x8 / x4 / x4]

Settings / Advanced / Integrated Graphics Configuration
Initiate Graphic Adapter [PEG]
IGD Multi-Monitor [Disabled]
Which is what it says in this video using 7 graphics with my plate that is used a lot and it works:

after install patch reboot system and reinstall driver 16.9.2

if its a msi gaming 5 z97 mobo  , then set everything to GEN 1 instead of GEN 2 under Settings \ Advanced \ PCI Subsystem Settings
CPU PCI-E Lane Configuration [x8 / x4 / x4] is ok ,
set the pci latency timer to 96
