I just look at their site, they are charging nearly 5% fee on an exchange.

This is should move to service announcement board.

Well, the site show less information about company profile, like who is behind it (team), information about such a team.
And the FAQ page must be improve I think, more technical should be added, like "how if forget password", " security features", ect.

- New exchange must run mass advertising to make it more expose. Because you have much competitors.
- The trust is mandatory.
- Security system must in high level.
