I think the first pizza which was purchased by Bitcoin was the most expensive thing sold for Bitcoin. That pizza cost more than 10000 Bitcoin and according to the current price, it is more valuable than any houses or lamborghini car. Damn it, I wish I was the guy who received those Bitcoin.
to me i personally have no idea  about this, because people may be using it for purchasing different thing, i think people will even be using bitcoin for purchasing a house.

During that time, 10000 bitcoin may not matter to you. I'm not familiar with the story but I would assume its going to be less than a hundred USD.  Sure its going to be expensive this time. 10000 BTC is worth more than 10 million already, you're not going to earn that much even if you worth your whole life and sell your kidney and liver. Its still going to be less than million. 10M BTC is worth more than freedom these days. If I have that BTC right now, I could buy an island and create my own city.

I've also heard about that pizza that was sold for enormous amount of Bitcoins so probably it was the most expensive pizza ever and I don't know if it was worth it. But I've also heard that some guy was buying a Porshe with Bitcoins so that could be also one of the most expensive items if he managed to buy it.
