Can staff help

[Sneaks]

I have been asked to sign up to the forum by a friend,he has been a btctalk forum member for a while his username is bilabonic and recently he forgot his password which he usually just got sent via email but this time he tried recovering via memorable data and it failed, and now when he tries to sign in it says he is banned and to send an email to an address from which he gets no reply.

Can any staff member help him resolve this issue, as he can't contact You or retrieve his password and doesn't no why he's been banned.
