Hello
I just install MultiBit.

Classic or HD? I will assume HD.

I would like to ask why when I request for payment is always generate new wallet .

It probably generates a new address, which is not the same as a new wallet.

How I can create one numer of my wallet ?

You can reuse any addresses of your wallet, but its not recommended for e.g. privacy reasons.

And send to my friends who will be make payment for me?
Or I not understand correctly this program (wallet).

Dont think of addresses as bank account numbers. Rather think of them as invoice IDs. If you give 3 people the same address and ask them to pay you 0.1 each. Two pay and all 3 claim to have paid you, how do you know who is lying? Also, if you only ever use a single bitcoin address everyone you give it to knows how much coins you have. That might not be something you want.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.
