One in which all parties concede to do something that would be beneficial for all sides of this debate. The BU guys wants Block size increases and

that is what SegWit offers... bundled with other improvements. LN is separate from this and should not even be part of this debate now. A

compromise must be made to favour both or this will end bad for both.  Sad
