Apparently most of the russians think it's great to be the biggest supporter of assad. But what is the real rate of support?
This leads me to a few concerns:
1. Russians don't value at all the lives of those who opposed assad. In short what ever to achieve victory (400k+ deaths, millions refugees, entire cities ruined, etc), as such how will the russian regard the americans? If russia had the military edge that nato has over russia they would certainly kill everyone in america, mercylessly.
2. This is my second point total lack of any opposition to this war, when america is engaged there is always political opposition from isolationists to constitutionalists to peace love snd flowers. In russia nothing at all. All are publically behind assad.
3. Russia like to call itself a christian nation... objectively they are the total opposites. Violence, powerplay, what ever.
Sad.
