You have access free electricity either you have source of solar power inverter or you are stealing .
Well here I will suggest you to the most powerful miner than any normal low powered miner Because usually old version of miners are making annoying sound , so I will prefer you for the latest one .
Second suggestion is to buy only from bitmain.com because this site is best to buy miner , my one of friend bought this from bitmain  that was working fine .

for the best hardware that I still do not know want to use what is good, but that you also have to determine what would you bitcoin mining or altcoin. if altcoin you have to choose one of the many altcoin are there?
