I don't think so.
Cause you'd have to fund the paxful escrow, and he'll send the Paypal funds straight to you.
So it's pretty much the same I reckon.

Paxful doesn't protect you. It is an escrow, but if you do not have a Paxful account, then it would be a tedious process to send your bitcoins to paxful, then to create a trade offer there, etc
