Detected IP or VPS

I Know this is Off-topic but not found good answers on google



i want to use USA paypal account but i’m outside USA  so need to change my ip .

when use Normal VPN will change my ip but  account will be  limited so i will need to proof of address that i’m inside USA.

Detected IP and VPS will work good but which one is better ?

I think I have not understand the problem yet.

When you want to to obtain an IP from a different country you have basically two major options:

- Use a VPN
- Use a Proxy

From a user point-of-view the only difference is how to configure them. From a networking and secturity point-of-view there are many pros and cons for each of them.

VPN will give you random IP from that country

let choose USA

USA VPN you can use IP from my state inside USA and many use this IP because it is public  

so when login to Paypal use that IP Paypal will lock your account because they banned your IP

better choose to use dedicated IP (only one IP ) for you or VPS same

my ask which is better
