are you insistent on using a card or bank account transfer?

you can try virwox.

you can use paypal... a credit card.. or special types of prepaid cards to put funds into an account on virwox.

then once your money is in your account... you buy linden dollars with your money (video game money from the game, second life)

then you trade those linden dollars for bitcoins.

 the trading system seems to be kinda like standerd bitcoin exhanges... but this site does many types of currancy i think.. many from video games.

so you can wire some money , or use a credit card, or a pre paid card they tell you to use.... and put the money on your account with virwox.

then trade the money for linden dollars usisng there trading and bidding system.

then trade your linden dollars for bitcoins.   (i recomend you keep a calculator handy, and you may need to have basic math skills and pataince to do the math to help you figure out how much linden dollars you need to buy, and how many btc you can get with those linden dollars.

then you will have bitcoins.... then you can tranfer the coins were you like,  or keep them on your virwox account for a little while.

it takes a few days for bitcoin withdraws to go though.. as they are reviewed manualy.

the smallest amount of bitcoins you can buy is 0.2 i think

If you're a U.S. user, I'd recommend coinbase. Easy to use and easy to link a bank account to. You will have to wait 5 days to get your bitcoin and the price is locked in at the current market price at the time of your purchase.

Virwox if you need quick (though if you do Paypal they do a manual transfer to BTCs so it's a 48 hour deal). Else, wire is fastest.

CampBX does not have alot of volume but it is easy to buy/sell coins on it.  They use Dwolla and its pretty easy to setup a Dwolla account to get money in and out of campBX in my personal experience... This would only apply if you are in the US.
