how can you become a "trusted users"?

Could you help me with the following
Trying to list a new business accept bitcoins at bitcoin.it/wiki , but you need to be a trusted users to do so.
How can i be one? thanks a  lot in advance

I think you just need to pay the fee and confirm your email. But, I can't say for sure if that's all.

Did anyone confirm this?  I own a computer repair shop and would like to accept crytocurrencies as well.
