I'm really confused what to get   Huh

nvidia 1060  https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487263&ignorebbr=1
or
amd 480      https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202270&ignorebbr=1
or
wait for vega

I'm jut looking to put maybe 500-1000 into cards at the moment and I'm just wanting to make a little money but not lose all of it when the next gen comes out. I got into this card series a little late..

My XFX 1060 6gb SSC is capable of 330+ sol/s @ 93% power limit, 79 degrees, 1900 core / 9000 mem (+100/+700), 46% fan speed which is basically silent.
I can push more if I increase the temp and power limits and run the fan @ 100% of course

okay  I said   " wait for a good price "

this would means it has to be low enough to be better then a 1060.

I am going in a different direction

I ordered 2 1080ti's
and 1 1080.

but I have  people that will buy them from me in august .
