If you can find them in stock, Bitmain makes the L3 which is currenty the most efficient Scrypt ASIC miner.
Innosilicon makes the A4, which had some early teething pains but later batches seem to have fixed them.

Used, you can still find a few KNC Titans around, lots of Innosilicon *ROCK SOLID* A2 units, and some Alcheminers - all of which are highly profitiable right now, and all of which were profitable with low electric cost when Litecoin was $4 per.

I'd ignore anything else, efficiency of other Scrypt ASIC is a lot worse than the A2/Alcheminer and profitability is VERY marginal even right now unless you have SUPER cheap or free electric.

X11 - seems to be an issue finding anything.
The Baikal gear is significantly most efficient but they got hammered hard when the DASH runup happened, and are out of stock probably waiting for their fab to make another batch of chips for them.
The other 2 folks that made X11 ASIC gear seem to have stopped manufacturing not long after the Baikal units started shipping, though I remember seeing an occasional Pinealda (sp) miner for sale last month.

The Baikal will also mine a few other algorythms (X13/X15/Groesti and I think 1 or 2 more).

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!

Best of luck you Smiley
